📦 Shipping Costs & Surcharges
Shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL. All parcels are insured and shipped with tracking.
Shipping costs are based on parcel weight.
- up to 5 kg: €7.69
- up to 10 kg: €10.49
- up to 20 kg: €18.99
- up to 31.5 kg: €23.99 incl. VAT
Max. parcel dimensions: 120 × 60 × 60 cm. Insurance coverage up to €500.
Oversized items or parcels exceeding standard dimensions may result in different shipping costs.
Any additional costs will be agreed with the customer prior to shipping.
⚠️ Surcharges
- Frame-integrated tanks (e.g. Puch Maxi): €15 surcharge due to increased workload
- In cases of extreme additional work (e.g. manual scraping, use of 2K metal adhesive, etc.), a flat surcharge of €10 will be applied. This will always be agreed with the customer in advance before any work is carried out.
🧪 Paint Removal & Removal of Old Tank Sealants
Old sealants and coatings are removed in a material-friendly manner.
This normally applies to the internal tank sealing and only necessary exterior areas.
The goal is to preserve the original exterior paint as much as possible.
Complete exterior paint removal of the tank is possible upon request and will be agreed in advance.
Surcharge: 50% on the respective base price
